Project Manager for Robot Events

At HIPROJECT, we are looking for a project manager who will plan and lead events featuring our humanoid robots: customer demonstrations, trade fairs, conferences, open days, school visits, and media appearances.

Interest in humanoid robots is currently extremely high. Every event is both a logistical challenge and a live performance: the robot has to be transported, set up, the space and power supply prepared, visitor safety ensured, the program carried out, and everything safely packed up and returned afterward.

Importantly, this is not purely an organizational role. At events, you must be able to operate the robot yourself. We provide the training, but without the willingness to take control of the robot directly, this role will not work.

MAX, NEO and CRUZ are already part of our humanoid robotics team. MAX and CRUZ are among the most advanced humanoid robots in the world, while NEO stands out for its exceptional mobility and athletic capabilities. Together with our robotic pet, they are already waiting for their new “brothers and sisters.”

HIPROJECT operates the largest fleet of advanced humanoid robots in this part of Europe. This means you will be working with some of the newest and most advanced robotic technology available today.

Skills we look for

• • Experience organizing events, presentations, or trade fair appearances
• • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate humanoid robots
• • Confidence speaking in front of audiences and working with the media
• • Ability to plan event logistics, timelines, and budgets
• • Responsibility for visitor safety in environments where robots are operating
• • English proficiency
• • Category B driving licence, willingness to travel, and occasional weekend and evening work
